YES! as a professional real estate photographer and agent, I possess an active subscription to utilize Supra Key Lockboxes. With this access, you can focus on your work while I directly access your listing or property. Upon receiving your permission, I will conduct a light staging of the home to enhance its appeal in photos. This will include turning on all lights, opening windows, and performing a quick declutter. Rest assured, I will leave the property in the same condition as it was when I arrived, and all doors will be locked when I leave.
Although I am based in the San Gabriel Valley, I offer my services throughout all of Southern California. My primary focus areas include South Pasadena, Monrovia, Glendora, San Dimas, and Claremont. Lately, I have also been receiving an increasing amount of work in San Bernardino County. While my work mainly entails covering these regions, I have, on rare occasions, traveled to places as far as San Diego, San Francisco, and even Philadelphia for photoshoots. For long-distance travel, additional travel fees may apply.
YES! I retouch every image using Photoshop, regardless of the service you choose. However, to ensure the best possible results, I kindly request that the property is clean and decluttered before I arrive for the shoot. It is much more efficient if the homeowner removes any unwanted items before the shoot, rather than me having to remove them in Photoshop later. If there are no other options, I will do my best to remove any undesirable items in Photoshop. Ultimately, my goal is to make your property or listing look as clean and appealing as possible.
